• We reserve the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean the order has been accepted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or product unavailability.

4. Payment

We accept secure online payments via approved payment gateways. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.
• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
